Nikki Beach Resort offers the unique Nikki Beach Club experience that has found ardent followers around the world at locations such as St. Tropez, France, Marbella, Spain, Miami Beach, Florida and Cabo San Luca, Mexico.
The location is another of Nikki Beach Club’s assets. Lying on the most enticing beach of Samui, Lipa Noi Beach on the west coast, the Nikki Beach Club presents the best sunset views on the island. The resort offers four unique and diverse dining experiences such as the International Bakery Café, Nikki Beach Poolside Restaurant, bungalow beachfront dining and the world-famous Sunday Brunch.
Originally from Ireland, Executive Chef Brian Molloy has been working and traveled with Nikki Beach for over ten years. He has made best use of his vast

experience at various Nikki Beach locations to create his signature global cuisine. During his journey with Nikki Beach, he has cooked for the likes of Robert de Niro, Al Pachino, Britney Spears, Janet Jackson, Chris Tucker, Jennifer Lopez, Joaquin Cortez and Prince Albert of Monaco, to name a few. Chef Molloy deems
Nikki Beach’s global cuisine with one word -SIMPLICITY. From the International Bakery Café to the Poolside Restaurant, the new à la carte dinner menu is coming up in July.
The world-renowned Sunday Brunch features a wide selection of breakfast and lunch items presenting an omelet station, an Asian station with Pad Thai and fried rice dishes, a seafood raw bar station with oysters, clams, shrimp and mussels, a breakfast station with eggs made-to-order, ham, bacon and sausages, a
sushi station, a pasta station and a carving station. In addition to the usual items, they present a unique and delicate tasting from a featured country each week. Sunday brunch is 850 Baht per person- too good to be true!
Nikki Beach poolside restaurant is where the sun meets the elite. Enjoy a sinful Miami Mojito under the beautiful copper dome or dine at the edge of the infinity pool with dance floor and beds offering beautiful unhindered views of the Gulf of Thailand. The hallmarks of the restaurant, other than its mouth-watering
menu, are the international and local DJs, live performances, daily happy hour post sunset and monthly special events presented by Nikki Beach worldwide entertainment teams.
Whether you are an early bird riser and desire fresh oven bread or would like to take a treat to go, the International Nikki Beach Bakery is open from 7.30 to 6 pm every day.

The menu takes full advantage of herbs and spices easily accessible, fresh and favorful in Samui. Chef Molloy has managed to add a Thai touch to most of the dishes without losing their international status. Grilled Goat Cheese, Pan-roasted Shrimp and Sea Scallops, Duo of Foie Gras, and Charred Beef Carpaccio are among a few that will guarantee an out-of-this-world gastronomical experience!

of which start at just 100 Baht! Local
and international DJs set the mood
with mellow ambient grooves, while
party goers lounge under the sun
and play in the ocean-front pool.
Also weekly, the Sunday Sessions
BBQ and brunch has quickly become
popular with residents and tourists

alike. Indeed Fah Thai recently rated it Samui’s best Sunday brunch. And at 695 Baht including one cocktail, local beer, or glass of wine (375 Baht for kids under 12), it’s great value for money too. The brunch offers a huge range of options, with different food zones placed carefully around the restaurant. The salad bar boasts everything from Greek numbers with olives and feta cheese to sun-dried tomatoes and peppers. A barbecue and carving station offers succulent lamb and chicken, while
in the kitchen the imported Italian
pizza oven helps to create wood-
fred pizzas that have to be tasted to
be believed. A fne cheese and meat
selection platter is another draw as is
the mouth-watering dessert station.
Beach Republic is also a fabulous
choice during the week – the ocean
club is open for breakfast, lunch and
dinner. The wine list is extensive.
With everything from New World
wines to Italian and French, you are
sure to fnd your perfect choice. If
you prefer a longer drink, then the
bar can create imaginative cocktail
concoctions for you.
No matter when you visit, with its laid back atmosphere, extensive dining options, and stunning ocean-front setting, Beach Republic is sure to impress.

26th Degree has been particularly blessed with a very fine location overlooking the sea. It’s perched on a steep hillside commanding spectacular views of Chaweng bay while from down below you hear the sound of waves on the rocks. It’s one of those rare spots that pleasantly combines the dramatic with the picturesque. The open-air sala that comprises the restaurant is surrounded by greenery, with all kinds of trees and shrubs close by. Eat in the sala itself, or if you book a day in advance, ask to be seated on the wooden platform – it’s deliciously private and completely away from the restaurant. This is one of the most romantic dining spots in the whole of the island – it often serves for wedding ceremonies. Only one table is to be found here, and there’s just one setting for the entire evening – you’re welcome to linger, and you’ll want to do so, as the setting is so fine.

The menu relies wherever possible on local herbs and ingredients to produce fusion dishes of the highest quality. Many of the dishes are international but are given Thai touches. For example, try white snapper baked in Thai bamboo and flavored with massaman spices and served on a local potato and spinach gratin. Other popular dishes include wild frizzy shoot salad with soft shell crab chili and coconut dressing, and tandoori chicken – it’s marinated in twelve different spices and then oven baked.

26th Degree is also a wonderful spot for drinks or a cocktail: just down some steps from the restaurant you’ll find the Rabbit Bar, a tastefully decorated hideaway with tables on the terrace and great views.

Some restaurants have always stood out on Samui as venues for excellent cuisine, and Zazen is certainly one of them. Dinner here rightly deserves to be a leisurely affair; the setting alone is very seductive, and that’s before you’ve even glimpsed the food. First, you walk through a beautiful lush garden – it looks like something out of a tropical fairytale – before coming to the restaurant itself, which is set on a terrace overlooking the sea.

Food presentation is unusually creative and looks good enough to photograph before you tuck in. For starters try ‘’Vietnamese twist’’ – fresh rice paper rolls with prawns Vietnamese style or the simply-named ‘’Tartare’’ – tuna and sea scallops tartare with fresh herbs a la minute, with a lime and virgin olive oil marinade.
Mains are equally well presented and where possible organic produce is used. Tastes are exquisitely fresh, and whether you are dining on meat, seafood, or vegetarian dishes, you’ll be savoring some of the finest quality international and Thai food to be found on gastronomically-minded Koh Samui.
Zazen has its own highly-recommended lobster Menu, too, and a tasty selection of sea-food. Guests particularly enjoy ‘’King of Queen’s’’, a dish comprising seared king prawns and sea scallops with mini ratatouille Nicoise. Also popular is ‘’From the market’’: pan-seared crispy sea bass fillet with market vegetables and sweet potato foam.
And there’s drink to match the cuisine at Zazen too. The wine at Zazen is every bit as good as the food; choose from a large selection that suits every pocket. The range is stocked in a wine cellar beneath a glass ceiling – that’s how seriously the team here take their wines. Needless to say there are plenty of beers and cocktails on offer too, with a relaxing lounge if you wish to have a pre-dinner drink.
In July both a chef’s table and a tea lounge, Le Salon de Ti, will be opening, making Zazen an even more prestigious place to dine.
