Wassana started working at Dusit Laguna Phuket and progressed to European and Italian cooking, and learned to master both Thai and international cuisine.
He was made Executive Sous Chef at Pavilion Samui, then became Sous Chef at Aquamarine Resort Phuket, Executive Chef at Burirasa Samui and Silver Sand, and is now Executive Chef at Sankala Fine Cuisine at Kirikayan Luxury Pool Villa & Spa, in Maenam Soi 1.
