Chef Adrian Torres began his career at Le Cordon Bleu Peru, located in his hometown of Lima. Since then, his repertoire has grown to include influences from his time working in Peru, Spain, Cuba, and New Zealand. Now bringing his expertise to Koh Samui, putting all his passion on his tapas menu, with the experience that he gained during his work in Navarra, Spain, patrons can expect homemade, yet refined flavors built from the best domestic ingredients found on the island, he can say his cooking is simple, fresh but with lots of flavors all with his personal touch shining brilliantly through.
