Nattanan is a brilliantly innovative chef who specializes in southern-style Thai dishes. He initially learned from his mother but soon needed fresh inspiration; too young to attend cooking school, he taught himself how to cook thanks to TV programs, learning English as he did so.
His rise through the culinary ranks has been fast, thanks to his creativity and sheer capability. He first worked in Hua Hin, before heading to Rama Garden in Bangkok, then came to Samui as part of the pre-opening team for Banyan Tree. He then went on to take part in the pre-opening of Vana Belle and is now Thai chef de cuisine at Kiree Restaurant.
He knows every aspect of looking after his guests and also teaches a highly popular cooking class. Nattanan is also brilliant at making western dishes as well as Japanese and Korean specialities and at producing highly customized menus for weddings, parties and other events.
