Restaurant Review (The Three Monkeys)

Situated on the Chaweng beach road next to Beachcomber Hotel. The Three Monkeys is an open fan-cooled pub restaurant. As you approach, water features line the outside firstly welcoming you. Going up the steps to the restaurant, you are greeted with warm and friendly smiles.

Looking around, there are T.V. screens located above head height showing most sporting events, this however does not ruin the atmosphere as the sound is muted and well-received music is played softly in the background. There is a free pool table and free Internet. Next to the computer is a seating area that is well stocked with magazines and an assortment of games.

But what is a restaurant without food? There is an extensive menu consisting of many fantastic European dishes, fusion foods ranging from snacks to breakfasts and some very popular Thai dishes to please all palettes. These include Sleeping with monkeys, Groovy monkeys ribs, Hidden treasure (Pad Thai), and Mango monkeys. The bar is well stocked with soft drinks, beers, spirits and cocktails.

Not only can you eat, drink and enjoy the warm atmosphere, but also shop! The Three Monkeys' merchandise makes great gifts for those left at home.
