Trade Wind offers guests an authentic and clever culinary menu that is enough to catch anybody’s attention. Their signature dish being Hokkaido Scallops wrapped in filo, baked spinach rolled in ground almonds, gratin cheese prawns with a side of broccoli, asparagus, baby carrots with green pea puree, all poured over a hot lobster cream sauce mixed with tasty tomato puree.

Other exquisite menu items include Phuket lobster with stir fried sen-yai noodles (thick flat noodles), roasted corn and cauliflower, red and green capsicum, fried basil, and fresh pepper corn.
Or try their premium tenderloin directly imported from Australia, poured over hot Panang curry and topped off with thinly sliced kaffir lime leaves.
Although if you desire a lighter meal for dinner, their grilled salmon with cheesy gratin potatoes, steamed broccoli, baby carrots, and green peas will be the perfect dish to start your evening right.
Standing firmly alongside Trade Wind’s stunning cuisine menu is their equally as indulging drink menu. Trade Wind’s amazingly extensive drink menu is original and exhilarating, to say the least.
Their Blue Mojitos are surely a must try as they are mixed with Malibu Blue Rum, fresh lime, cherry, and give you an ultimate feeling of relaxation while sitting on the beach. Supplementary drinks such as wine and beer greatly heighten your taste buds for most cuisines available at Trade Wind. Trade Wind hosts two special event nights per week, that have now recently become very popular among travelers. On Wednesday night enjoy a grand international buffet of BBQ chicken, tenderloin, pork, and seafood with a spectacular live-fire show performance. While Saturday nights offer an all you can eat buffet with traditional Thai cuisine from all four regions of Thailand. Savor Thai classics like Pad Thai and many more reigning from Thailand’s North, South, Northeast, and Central regions.
