SALA Samui restaurant is guided by Chef Nick Hall, who insists on using the freshest, finest and where at all possible local ingredients to create his stunning cuisine by hand and from the heart. He is a strong believer that all food should be created in house and that all flavours should remain traditional using modern techniques.
SALA offers a menu that is caringly detailed from the traditional Thai cuisine to the modern European that shows flashes of SE Asia. All of the dishes are meticulously created by Chef Nick and the dedicated team to ensure that every dish retains fullness of flavour in a traditional sense.
Seafood plays a big part in the SALA menu, and is largely brought fresh from the Gulf of Siam to the shores of Samui. Select ingredients from beyond the island are well considered for their particular and unbeatable quality.
SALA holds special signature evenings in which the event is centered on the preparation and serving a distinctive dish in the open air.
Mondays and Fridays SALA offers beach dining under the stars in the open air with live music.
Tuesday also offers ‘The Grill’ where succulent cooked pork ribs take centre stage with support from amazing side dishes and tempting desserts.
The fully interactive dining experiences continue on Thursday with the ‘Taste of Thailand’. A Thai celebration that combines scrumptious traditional Thai dishes and a charcoal barbecue with a beautiful display of traditional Thai dance and music.
